The candidate will have a Bachelors Degree or higher with a minimum of three to five years experience in fundraising; a solid command of Microsoft Office Suite; advanced computer skills; good supervisory skills; and be a team player.

In the event that an existing contract musician is appointed, the Audition Committee has the option of offering the vacated position to another qualified applicant following the provisions as outlined in the Santa Barbara Symphony Collective Bargaining Agreement.
